Purpose of the data processing

Power Control EV, will process the information provided by interested persons for the following purposes:

• To manage any type of request, suggestion, or order with respect to our professional services submitted to us by interested persons.
• Commercial communications: Processing of their data for the purpose of informing them by e-mail of activities, articles of interest and general information about our services.
• To manage data provided by job applicants by means of a Curriculum Vitae (CV) by e-mail, for the purpose of screening and recruitment. You expressly authorize Power Control EV, to process your data for the purpose indicated above.
  Power Control EV will process the data and information that you provide for screening purposes with the strictest privacy, adopting for this purpose those technical and organization measures that are necessary to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and/or unauthorized access. Storing of data: We also inform you that Power Control EV, may store your curriculum vitae for up to one year, and at the conclusion of that period will proceed automatically to destroy it.

• Commercial communications: Interested persons may opt out of receiving these communications by contacting us at the following e-mail address: info@pcev.ie.
• All other data will be stored for as long as necessary to accomplish the purposes described above.

Legitimization

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent of the interested persons for:

• The processing and management of any information request or query regarding our professional services and products.
• The transmission of commercial communications by Power Control EV.
• The transmission of your CV.

Recipients
